Register NowYou are invited to deepen your practice and step into your full potential as a leader…
Join us for this unique experience, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training right from the comfort of your own home!
This comprehensive training is an invitation to go beyond the academic study of yoga and to learn how to integrate the teachings into your daily life. The teachings shared will provide you with the full spectrum of tools and techniques that will not only support you in deepening your own practice but will allow you to find your voice as a teacher. You will receive in-depth training on how to create a successful yoga career, build confidence and create a life of prosperity and freedom while serving others on their wellness journey.
The training is rooted in Vinyasa style yoga and dives deep into yogic philosophy in an accessible and relatable way. You will also gain insight into some of the other popular disciplines of yoga including meditation, Tantra, Yin, Hatha and Breath Work. Many modern-day trainings tend to only scratch the surface of this ancient science. In our training we embrace the yoga practice as a whole; not just the physical aspects. While we will most definitely help you connect with every joint, muscle, tissue, and cell, we believe yoga philosophy is just as essential to break down as the physical postures. You will learn how to live the yogic lifestyle in your everyday life and understand the subtle workings of your mind. This type of knowledge can radically improve your quality of life, reduce stress, provide an overall feeling of well-being and inspire creativity.
This training is accessible to all levels of practitioners; whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner. Regardless of whether your intention is to make yoga your career or not, this training will help you gain confidence, peace of mind, inner and outer strength, a detoxified body and a deeper connection with your true purpose.
This is a rare and special opportunity to receive your 200-Your Certification approved by the Yoga Alliance‘. We look forward to sharing this journey with you!

Ammy Creamer is a yoga teacher and forever student. Her yogic journey, love of travel, and deep connection to nature, in particular the ocean, has led her to relocate to a small coastal town in El Salvador where she runs The Yoga Collective, co-leads virtual yoga teacher trainings and lives life to the fullest. Teaching asana and breaking down the postures in detail is her jam! Her approach is comprehensive and accessible to all.
Ammy's yogic path began over 15 years ago while she was exploring holistic ways to manage the stress of city living. She began attending asana classes regularly and immediately became enamored with the practice. She noticed that as her body got stronger so did her mind and spirit. This inspired her to delve deeper into yogic philosophy and eventually to adopt yoga as a lifestyle rather than just something she did at the studio for an hour a day.
Ultimately, her intention is to empower and inspire her students to gain deeper insight into their true nature, to recognize and honor their limitation, and to truly love themselves. Ammy's approach to the practice is exactly that; that it is a yoga practice not a yoga perfect. This approach encourages her students to see themselves through a loving and nonjudgmental lens. This journey, although challenging at times, is one of the most beautiful gifts we can give ourselves.
The styles you will be trained will predominately be Hatha Vinyasa. We delve into the different style of yoga in order to provide you with a well rounded educational experience. This teacher training draws from the major disciplines of yoga including Hatha Tantra, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Kundalini

Absolutely! All trainings are unique and different, and taking more than one 200-hour teacher training will enhance your skills and provide new perspectives and more in-depth understanding of yoga and how to apply it personally and professionally.
An essential element in any training is the connection between not only the teachers and students but also between the students themselves. For this training, students are assigned partners that they are required to meet on a weekly basis to practice teaching one another. Students in our previous trainings have made some beautiful soul connections with their partners that are sure to extend well beyond the time frame of the course itself!
Yes, all requirements for the completing the course need to be met within the 5 weeks. This training is semi-self paced; meaning you do not have to attend live sessions but are required to view them and complete all homework in a timely manner.
