Tabitha Grasing

Tabitha has always wanted to move, create, and keep their body functioning at its best. For her, exercise is a way of life and serves as both mental and physical therapy. Having endured five severe auto-related accidents resulting in numerous spinal and limb injuries, doctors predicted a sedentary life. However, young and determined to remain active and manage pain, Tabitha sought out methods to heal, strengthen, and defy this prognosis.

While Tabitha´s foundation is heavily rooted in the technique of Joseph Hubertus Pilates, they combine these teachings with experience in weight training, physical therapy, gymnastics, surfing, and science-based fitness. Tabitha's aim is to share their knowledge and help people connect with their bodies, create new, enduring neuro-pathways, strengthen every muscle, increase mobility and balance, decrease pain, and lead full, active lifestyles.

She first studied Pilates at New York University in 1999 and later pursued personal training, growing a small private training business in New York City. In 2007, Tabitha moved to El Salvador, teaching Pilates to hundreds of locals, travelers, and surfers from around the world for several years. In 2016, she relocated to Venice, CA, where they started CoreForm Fitness and Corrective Exercise. Tabitha has helped thousands of clients overcome major injuries, achieve monumental fitness goals, alleviate pain, and improve their movement, appearance, and overall well-being. She aims to share all that they have learned (and continue to learn!) to help others change how they feel and relate to their bodies while having fun.
