Aum is the foundation of the Sanskrit language. It is considered to be the cosmic source sound of all mantras. The A represents creation, U symbolizes preservation, and M signifies dissolution. Aum clears our channels and opens us up to creativity and flow. It is said that all things are contained within Aum.
