This workshop will help you build a deeper awareness to your current breathing patterns, strengthen the central nervous system and build tools that will help you manage stress, chronic pain, and build a foundation for true core strength.
Primal coding is using the breath to take control of our body and mind. I utilize certain breathing techniques, corrective exercises, and primal movements/stretches to release tension and expand your capacity for stress, because lets face it, as the years go by the stress in your life will most likely increase. Why stress about stress when you can increase your capacity
Kristina was born and raised in Orange County, where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Kinesiology. Her love for movement started at a young age, but she did not discovery yoga, pranayama and meditation till her early 20’s. Now 28, she currently is an exercise physiologist for firefighters and police officers in La, Oc, and Sd counties. During her time working with service men and women she has come to develop her own method of gaining awareness of the body and mind, it is called Primal Coding.
